My favourite time of the year approaches, Christmas. Time to start thinking of all those special treats that need to be made, some new and some that are traditional. Those treats that have been passed on from one generation to the other. I must admit that I am not ready to pass on my secret recipes to my sons yet, I still have a lot of fun making them. It is that special look on their faces when they ask if I made or if I will be making those special recipes. How I love Christmas time. I know I am a little early for some of those Grinches. but what can I say!
